Hart’s Restaurant, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year in Nottingham, received the award for Hotel Restaurant of the Year in the Midlands at the prestigious Food Awards England 2018.
Dan Burridge, head chef at the independently owned restaurant owned by Tim Hart of Hambleton Hall said: “We’re delighted to have won this accolade, it’s a huge honour and a fantastic achievement for the team.
The Food Awards England 2018 welcomed over 250 guests at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on Monday October 15th. These awards recognised the achievements of local suppliers who always provide the community with the freshest of products and specialists who work hard within their establishments to deliver great experiences to their diners. The winners are a true reflection of the professionalism, dedication and talent that flow within the English food industry.
“It really is a team effort. We’re very proud of the food we serve our guests and the special experience we offer to everyone who visits. During our 20 years of serving modern British cooking in Nottingham we have built up a loyal following of dedicated diners and we are delighted to receive their votes.
