For the first time in its history, World Service Restaurant will be launching an exclusive Tasting Menu for the public on September 26th, followed by events on October 24th & November 21st.

Due to take place in our opulent Blenheim room with Prosecco & canapes on arrival, a 5-course menu has been carefully curated offering diners the opportunity to explore our culinary philosophy and shed insight into the minds of our chefs.

These monthly events are in celebration of our restaurant coming of age as of August this year. World Service has been a cornerstone of Nottingham’s food scene and will be commemorating eighteen years at the county’s top table.

“We’re so proud that World Service has stood the test of time and evolved with ever-changing restaurant trends, consistently delivering high-quality dishes and immaculate service to the people of Nottingham for some 18 years” – Dan Lindsay, Managing Director.

Complete with paired wines from European and Australian vineyards, these exclusive monthly events promise an exciting adventure for all in attendance, with dishes such as Beef Carpaccio, Pickled Shimeji Mushrooms, Wasabi & Truffle Emulsion featuring.

““The whole kitchen team are very enthused to be taking on the challenge of doing tasting menus at World Service. It gives us the opportunity to showcase the best of what we have to offer and give our diners an array of exciting flavour combinations during their meal with us” - James Nicolas, Head Chef.

Tickets can soon be bought exclusively from the nexus voucher code website at an all-inclusive price of £80 per person (this includes the five wine pairings that partner each course).

Vegetarian/Vegan/GF options available.

2018 has been a vintage year for everyone involved with World Service for more than one reason. On top of recently being voted the UK’s 93rd Best Restaurant in Squaremeal’s 2018 Top 100, we were recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 supporters of Streetsmart, a charity committed to helping the homeless.
