Laurent-Perrier expert, John Cleary is set to return to Derby next month with an exclusive evening of gourmet dining, which is expected to be an immediate sell out.
Seven Restaurant and Café Bar located in the city's bustling Pride Park, will host the evening, which previous sold out in just two hours, when it was held in the eatery's private dining facility upstairs.
The evening will offer the ultimate 'foodie' with the opportunity to try a five course gourmet menu, washed down with five glasses of champagne from the Laurent-Perrier collection. It will also provide a first time look- and taste, of the revamped, Laurent Perrier Brut.
Laurent-Perrier recently changed the style and blend of its core mainstream non-vintage champagne renaming it La Cuvée. The new wine, which will initially be based on the high quality 2012 harvest, will have more Chardonnay in it, and will be on offer at the exclusive night at Seven.
The luxury evening of gourmet dining will take place on November 9th, and will cost £75pp, 5% off at nexus, and will feature expert talks from Laurent-Perrier.
John Cleary, National Accounts Controller at Laurent-Perrier said: "I'm delighted to return to Seven Restaurant and Café Bar to host another Laurent-Perrier dinner on the 9th of November.
"As one of the most distinguished, independent, family-owned Champagne houses, Laurent-Perrier is renowned for producing a diverse and pioneering range of fine champagnes, noted for their freshness and elegance. The dinner will feature two new releases, Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée and Vintage 2007, and the iconic Cuvée Rosé."
Managing Director at Derby based Seven Restaurant and Café Bar, Helen Salloway, said: "We are over the moon that John has agreed to join us once again at Seven, for a night of luxury and fine dining.
We trialled the event some time ago, in one of our private dining rooms, and it sold out within two hours. This time we will be looking to fill the whole restaurant, although availability is still limited."
