Sheffield's 'Best Hotel Restaurant' (Westside, 2021) is one of only 5 venues in the Steel City to have been recognised by Michelin Inspectors in the 2022 guide, and the team couldn’t be happier!
Led by Head Chef, Jake Davidson, the Brocco Kitchen team have once again received incredible acknowledgement for their unique dining experience.
The Brocco Kitchen team strive for perfection in every dish created and with all customers served. The last 12 months have been a roaring success for Brocco Kitchen with accolades such as “Good Hotel Guide, Editors Choice: Foodie” and voted “Best Hotel Restaurant in Sheffield” with Westside Magazine to name just a few celebratory moments. To be able to add Michelin Plated for the 5th consecutive year, is a tremendous honor.
The flair, creativity, individuality and passion that Jake invests, is nothing short of extraordinary, and are qualities that are treasured by Brocco’s owners Fine & Country Inns. Gary Hunt, Chairman & CEO said “Jake and his team are an inspiration to us all, not only are they able to create these delicate and delicious dishes, they are committed, hard-working and dedicated. In these difficult times for the industry it is incredible that we have a team of people so focused on creating something quite exceptional. I would also like to congratulate Pam Rayward and all her front of house team for their endless dedication to Brocco’s success. To have a successful award winning restaurant you need a front of house team working in harmony with the kitchen team. At Brocco we have both and I am extremely grateful and above all proud of what Jake, Pam and the whole Team have achieved. They well and truly deserve this recognition”.
Hidden away on the edge of Endcliffe Park, Sheffield, surrounded by nature, lies the beautiful, independent boutique hotel. With 8 breath-takingly idyllic rooms, alongside the award winning restaurant, this Edwardian Villa offers peace and tranquility, amongst the hustle and bustle of one of Sheffield’s busiest areas – Ecclesall Road.
Every element of Brocco on the Park was chosen with great care from the bedframes to the color schemes, to the crockery and cutlery. This attention for detail is reflected in every ingredient used to create such a wonderful cuisine.
In addition to its exceptional Seasonal Small Plates menu, Brocco Kitchen will be welcoming back its long anticipated Afternoon Tea, set to launch on Thursday 3rd March, alongside a new Brunch Menu, including such dishes as Kedgeree soldiers with soft boiled eggs, mango chutney and red onion and a Parma ham salad with toasted pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, apples, pears and Yorkshire blue cheese.
Whether enjoying a night away with a loved one, feasting on one of Jake’s Tastings Menus or savoring a slower pace of life for an hour or two over Afternoon Tea, you will always be in for a treat at Brocco on the Park, as highlighted by the Michelin Guide.
