If you like gin, wine and good food (we love all three), then this new opening is definitely worth a look.
With over 30 gins perfectly matched with accompanying tonics and garnishes, there is a taste combination to suit all palates. From zesty Edinburgh Gin and tonic to aromatic Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin with ginger beer, Juniper and Grapes has it.
Featuring wines from around the world, the venue also offers light and fruity Sauvignon Blanc’s to robust and full-bodied Malbec’s along with everything in between.
The culinary team will be serving up an exclusive 9 course tasting menu for just £40 per person. Inspirations from the Autumn colours and smells have led to dishes like slow roasted belly pork with preparations of pumpkin, Bramley apple and black pudding. This intimate dining offer is available Friday and Saturday evenings and is served at 7.30pm (advanced booking is essential).
Emily Birkett, Co-Owner of Juniper and Grapes says:
“I can’t wait to see the response to the opening of Juniper and Grapes! We wanted to offer somewhere sophisticated but relaxed and welcoming. With the variety of gin, wine and food offerings available we hope to create somewhere everyone loves to visit, whether it’s for a few drinks and a catch up or a romantic date night for
two.”
Juniper and Grapes opened on Saturday 19th October with doors opening at 6pm.
With the restaurant fully booked for the grand opening and additional seating available in the bar for drinkers, the team were expecting an exciting night!
