The Steampacket on Derby Road, Swanwick plan a three-day beer festival celebrating some of the best ales in the Peak District.
The Winter Beer Fest will last from Friday 28th November to Monday 1st December and will feature a huge range of beers from local brewers including Amber Ales, Ashover, Barlow, Bumpmill, Brampton, Dancing Duck, Muirhouse, Peak Ales and Thornbridge…
The highlight of the festival will be Saturday night where the Steampacket will be offering free supper and live entertainment from local skiffle band Kick & Rush.
“This beer festival is all about celebrating the Peak District and all the fantastic beers it has to offer” Says Licensee Amanda “Throughout the summer we worked really hard on our real cider range and which was recognized when we won 1st place in CAMRA’s Cider and Perry Trail. We have worked equally as hard on developing our cask ales selection and this festival is the perfect chance to showcase some amazing beers to our customers.”
