New wine bar and tasting rooms to open doors in The Strand Arcade

Wine Stories Wine Bar & Tasting Rooms are delighted to welcome customers for the first time on Friday 26th July 2024.
Located within the Cathedral Quarter, in the iconic Strand Arcade, Derby, Wine Stories will initially be open every Friday evening from 5pm to 11pm and Saturday from 2pm until 11pm.
In the recently refurbished wine bar, you will find owner and wine lover Chris Barlow, ready to introduce you to his carefully curated wine list. Selling wines both by the bottle and by the glass, the seasonal wine list will be dynamic, featuring well-known grape varieties from famous regions. You will also discover wines from new varieties and unknown regions that you may never have heard of, from both new world and old-world wines and vineyards ensuring a unique, interesting ever-evolving selection.
As well as their extensive wine list, Wine Stories also offers a world beers bottle bar, along with a selection of spirits; including an interesting rum selection, premium vodkas and gins and a carefully selected choice of cocktails. Showcasing Chris’ love of whisky, Wine Stories also has a variety of topclass whiskies and bourbons from various countries, guaranteed to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
In their renovated top floor Tasting Rooms, Wine Stories will also be running regular wine events and tasting evenings. These will soon be available to book as well as the option for private tasting events, parties and personal event space to hire.
