The taste adventure at Thoresby Park, Nottinghamshire just got a whole lot tastier with the announcement of the Saturday guest chefs for this year’s Festival of Food and Drink. Cooking with the Stars legend, Rosemary Shrager, This Morning’s TV favourite, Phil Vickery, Iron Chef UK winner, Marcus Bean and presenter of Aldi’s Next Big Thing, Chris Bavin.

Taking place over two days and back for its 11th year on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September, the weekend will showcase a smorgasbord of over 160 stalls of artisan food and drink, gifts, crafts, and homewares.

Rosemary Shrager endeared herself to the nation on 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here' by showcasing her versatile cooking skills. Her recent shows include Cooking with the Stars, The Big Family Cooking Showdown and The Real Marigold Hotel. Professionally, Rosemary has worked with Pierre Koffman at Tante Claire in London and Jean-Christophe Novelli. She was also head chef at Moyns Park, overseeing catering for the Mountbatten’s private and corporate events.

Renowned chef, TV presenter, and author Phil Vickery has been a much-loved member of the This Morning family for over 22 years. He is the show's longest-serving chef, presenting live and pre-recorded segments from various locations.

Phil boasts numerous culinary accolades, including a Michelin Star, 4 AA Rosettes, The Good Food Guide’s Restaurant of the Year, The Times Restaurant of the Year, Egon Ronay’s Guide Dessert Chef of the Year, and British Meat Chef of the Year.

Following his win on Iron Chef UK, TV chef and author Marcus Bean will be serving up a variety of dishes on Saturday. A regular on ITV’s This Morning, Marcus has also appeared on Market Kitchen, What’s Cooking, Drop-Down Menu, and Food Network’s Christmas Special.

Cookery theatre host, Chris Bavin has worked in the fresh produce industry for over 20 years and is presenter of BBC’s Eat Well for Less – Chris will be taking the reins and hosting the cookery demonstrations over the entire weekend.

Set in the stunning grounds of Thoresby Park in Nottinghamshire, the festival offers a great day out, and with tickets at just £10 it’s an affordable and value for money experience for the whole family.

With some of the UK’s best street food vendors, bars, cocktails, and live music sessions throughout the day, you will never be short of things to do and see. Not forgetting Kids Cookery School, Circus School, arts, and crafts too.

Tickets can be purchased via the festival website. There are a limited number of VIP tickets available as well as children and family ticket options. Kids under six years go free. The festival is also dog friendly so visitors can bring their furry friends.
