Derby County Manager Nigel Clough took a different approach to opening a new butchers shop.
There was no cutting of the ribbon for the Rams Boss, instead he cut a string of sausages to celebrate the opening of the new shop on Chapel Street, Holbrook.
Managing director Jon Steel said: "It was brilliant, there were about 30 people and it's quite a small shop, so it was pretty tight.
"The quality of our meat is better than supermarkets and we are cheaper. We sold out of stock on the first weekend. People want to know where their meat comes from."
The shop is open Tuesday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturdays 7.30am to 1pm and is closed Sunday and Monday.
