One of Derby’s favourite businesses Jack Rabbits is excited to announce Jack Rabbits Ashbourne will officially open its doors on Tuesday 1st March 2016 at The Greenman.
Our aim is to be a stylish community hub of activity centred on food and drink. We will provide a simple and honest menu using high quality produce, which wherever possible will be sourced locally.
“We have purpose built our café to incorporate Ashbourne heritage and look forward to bringing a new and different food and drink offering to the local area. You can spend a morning with us enjoying a relaxed breakfast, graze over lunch with friends or simply enjoy a freshly ground coffee with cake ” said Louise Cook, Ashbourne Manager
Our opening hours will be 8am – 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 4pm Sunday.
We will offer an all day menu, which will include hand roasted coffee, fabulous breakfasts, sharing platters, lunches with continental twists, homemade cakes, exquisite wines and local beers. We also have our Little Bunnies kids menu for younger guests. There are also a variety of outside catering options for local events.
Louise continues: “We’re really excited to be part of the ongoing Greenman renovation in Ashbourne and look forward to welcoming you to experience Jack Rabbits.”
Beyond Ashbourne Jack Rabbits intends to open further sites in the East Midlands and also expand its outside and mobile catering brand.
