Cosy up around the fire this Valentine’s Day at The Farmhouse at Mackworth and treat your special someone to a night to remember with a host of specials designed for romance, from dinner to an overnight stay.

Available from 10th-14th February, feel the love with a two/three course menu, priced at a mouth-watering £25.95 (£29.95 for three), showcasing the best of seasonal produce.

Toast to true love with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut (£12.50), before diving into a menu of crowd-pleasing pub dishes with a contemporary twist. Highlights include Smoked salmon tartare with sourdough crostini, Pan-Fried chicken breast with sautéed new potatoes, chorizo, spinach, crispy prosciutto and mushroom sauce, and Crispy coated cod loin with king prawn and garlic butter sauce.  Elevate your dining experience with a signature 8oz Steak, sourced from the British Isles and aged for 21 days, served with confit tomato, triple cooked chips and buttermilk onion rings (£5 supplement).

Finish on an indulgent note with the Insta-worthy Banana and miso caramel bomb, encased in a dark chocolate dome with caramelised seeds and honeycomb and filled with banana ice cream.

Enjoy dinner with a bottle from the pub’s extensive wine list or choose from one of the expertly made cocktails, including a selection of gin twists and tipples.

As well as fabulous food, lovebirds can retire to one of the pub’s 10 stylish boutique bedrooms with all comforts, including super-king beds and rolltop baths.

Fall in love this Valentine’s Day at The Farmhouse at Mackworth. To book, visit www.thefarmhouseatmackworth.com or call 01332824324.
