Brunch is served this Father’s Day as The Farmhouse at Mackworth launches a limited-edition brunch on Sunday 19th June, running alongside the pub’s signature roasts.
Hosted in The Folly from 10am – 4pm, choose from savoury delights of Cornflake chicken with pickled slaw, jalapeños and fries or warmly spiced Shakshuka topped with a fried egg, along with a classic Eggs Benedict and Full English with vegetarian options. Sweet treats include the Buttermilk pancake stack, served with blueberry compote, vanilla and crème fraiche. To keep little tummy’s happy, there will also be a children’s brunch menu, with a choice of Eggs, Buttermilk pancakes or a pasta station with a choice of sauces.
For those roast cravings, there will also be the Farmhouse’s signature Sunday Roast running throughout the day. With a choice of premium cuts, tuck into a succulent roast of Sirloin Beef, Rack of Pork or a Lemon and Thyme Roasted Half Chicken, served with all the trimmings, crispy beef-dripping roasties, Yorkshire puddings and topped with unlimited gravy.
