PizzaExpress is celebrating the launch of its exciting new look restaurant in Buxton. The restaurant on Cavendish Arcade has been totally transformed and includes new artwork paying tribute to the town’s famous landmarks.
Each PizzaExpress restaurant is individually designed – often using well known places, people or historical events from the area as the basis. Large framed illustrations at the new look Buxton restaurant are based on some of the town’s most popular buildings, such as the Opera House and Devonshire Royal Hospital. Other artwork takes its inspiration from the natural beauty of the Peak District with a series of vibrant abstract prints.
The transformation also includes new banquette seating, chairs and glass pendants. Manager, Nicci Rushton, said, “We love our restaurant’s new look and have a friendly and enthusiastic team who are looking forward to welcoming everyone over a delicious pizza.”
PizzaExpress has been dishing up fresh, handmade pizza to Buxton since 2002. The new look coincides with the introduction of new seasonal specials such as a macaroni and cheese style Pennette Formaggi, hot spiced beef Calzone Diavolo and Treacle Tart Cheesecake.
For younger pizza-lovers, PizzaExpress’ Piccolo menu is full of tasty choices including ‘Create Your Own’ pizza, and starts at just £3.95.
