The Bridge Inn in Calver, Derbyshire has announced that the popular pub restaurant will be re-opening to the public on Thursday 13th August.
Graeme McHattie, alongside his partner Ellie, and their team, will be re-opening of the independent, family-run venue, offering customers a broader and ‘price conscious’ menu, celebrating classic pub dishes such as lasagne, fish & chips and scampi to reflect the current times and needs – alongside a great new selection of beers and beverages for the venue.
Commenting on the long awaited re-opening Graeme McHattie says: “We are delighted to finally announce the re-opening of the Bridge. As a family, and as team, we have worked hard during the lock-down period to ensure that the venue meets present-day requirements for our patrons.
“The health and safety measures will always be our priority, and that is firmly at the heart of all, which has led to some inevitable changes - but we are excited to show our customers our revised look and approach as we embark on the new era.”
Graeme’s brother David, proprietor of the The Devonshire Arms in Baslow, which re opened last month, comments: “The last few months have been a challenging time for us, and the hospitality industry generally – but we are now back, and grateful to our landlord Greene King for the support they have given us during this time.
“We are extremely proud that The Bridge and The Devonshire remain within our family, and I can honestly say that the team, menu, service and hospitality has never been better!
“We very much look forward to welcoming people again, and delivering a superb level of service, food and hospitality for our guests.”
