We are very excited about opening the doors to our brand new cafe in Derby City Centre.
Once again we will be taking up residence in another brand new modern building, offering an informal contemporary environment in which to indulge in early breakfast, scrumptious lunch and most importantly, our unique patisserie and top quality coffee.
From now on when the buzz of city life makes you want a little "me time" or eating that curled up sandwich at your desk has become just too sad to bare, head to Cool River Cafe at Sadler Bridge Studios.
We bake our cakes & pastries at our Matlock cafe early each morning and deliver to Derby in time for breakfast so you are guaranteed the most delicious goodies, with that “just out the oven” taste, only possible from an in-‐house artisan patisserie like Cool River Café. Free-‐range eggs, local milk & cream, farm fresh fruit and vegetables and the very best Belgian chocolate are just some of the things that go to make our products truly memorable.
We cater for events big or small, in & off our premises, please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
It could simply be coffee & pastries for a business meeting or a full lunch for a group get together.
Whatever the occasion well do our best to help.

Tuesday 8am -‐ 4pm
Wednesday 8am -‐ 4pm
