Having taken over the pub at the beginning of August, Matt, Sian, Mike and Kerrie want their new venture to be known for good quality, locally sourced ingredients and well-cooked home-made food. All dishes are made from scratch by incredible in-house Chef Matt Campbell and his Team. A full menu is available including Pub Classics, some with a bit of a twist; there is also a range of options for both vegetarians and vegans.
As dog lovers, Matt, Sian, Mike and Kerrie want to continue to welcome four legged friends and make them as comfortable and welcomed at the Remarkable Hare as the two legged customers are.
The Remarkable Hare is quirky, eclectic and a little bit different; for each doggy they offer a comfy blanket and individual water bowls. The past few weeks have seen some very happy canine clients who have enjoyed relaxing and snoozing whilst their owners sampled the wonderful food and ales on offer.
Pop in and visit soon, they are looking forward to meeting you all.
They’re open from 11am each day, food is served from 12 – 8pm every day. They have a special Menu for Sunday Lunch – The Remarkable Sunday Roasts and Yorkshire Puddings!
