As English Wine Week draws to a close for 2015, Amber Valley Wines in conjunction with The English Wine Shop are hosting an evening of English Wine Tasting in the opulent surroundings of Tissington Hall.
The event will be held on Friday 29th May from 7pm to 10pm
In the beautiful stone-flagged Main Hall you'll be welcomed by the present baronet Sir Richard FitzHerbert and treated to a range of delicious canapés, along with six amazing English Wines that will include the very first vintage from Amber Valley Wines.
Tissington Hall was built in 1609 by Francis Fitzherbert & has been in the present incumbent, Sir Richard Fitzherbert's, family for over 400 years. The Baronetcy was conferred on Sir William FitzHerbert in 1784 by George III - Sir Richard is the 9th incumbent of the title.
