I am a formally trained chef with over 10 years experience in restaurants and hotel settings including Michelin star rated establishments.
I have also had the opportunity to travel while pursuing my my passion for cheffing, which I am grateful for, as these experiences have helped to further hone my skills and have led me to develop my own signature style.
My cooking style and presentation is best described as global cuisine, as I create dishes from around the world, but with a modern twist. I am also fully experienced in catering for a variety of dietary requirements, and I strive to create alternative options that exceed expectations.
I have always been passionate about food, and my continued dedication to my craft is what has inspired me to become a personal chef. After working within various kitchens in different settings, I decided that I wanted to be able to interact with people on a more personal level, and create a more individual experience.I love what I do, and am excited to be able to share my passion with people.
I offer a 5 star dining experience in the comfort of your own home; my services include dinner parties, BBQs, buffets and small catered events, as well as weddings and other special events
